Our recruitment process
Getting to know you as a person is important to us, so we have two key stages to our recruitment process:
We hold two rounds of interviews, with the second interview designed for you to meet the team and tour the site. This allows you to really understand the environment you’ll be working in.
The safety of our staff is paramount. To ensure these standards are upheld, we conduct a range of pre-employment checks. These include, but are not limited to:
- Reference checking
- A full medical and drug test
- A Ministry of Justice criminal check
- Psychometric testing and/or proficiency testing.
- Do your research! Come to the interview prepared having researched who we are and what we do.
- Dress to impress. First impressions count.
- Ask questions. The interview process is as much about you getting to know Pan Pac as it is about us getting to know you. Think about relevant questions to show your interest.
