Welcome to Panpac.co.nz, through this website you can access information on forestry products supplied by Pan Pac NZ.

PanPac.co.nz is operated by Pan Pac Forest Products Limited NZBN 9429039127495 (“we”, “us” or “our”) on behalf of itself, Pan Pac Forest Products (Otago) Limited NZBN 9429038154492 and any other related company (as that term is defined in the Companies Act 1993).

This Privacy Policy sets out our, and your, rights and obligations in relation to personal information you provide when using the Pan Pac NZ website (“Site”).

Please ensure you carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use before you use the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Your privacy is important to us. We will handle all personal information you provide to us in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

The nature of this Site is such that we expect only those working with us or looking to purchase products from us will use it. As such it is assumed that the users will be over the age of 18.   1. Collection
    1.1

Again, these group members may be located overseas where the New Zealand’s Privacy Act does not apply and the treatment of personal information is not the same as in New Zealand. Where we do share it with group members we will ensure that they agree to treat that information in the same manner as we are required to do under the terms of this policy and the Privacy Act.
    2. Where we sell a business, we may provide your personal information as part of a database to the buyer, so that they can contact you about their plans for the business.     We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. As no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit or receive through the Site. While we take precautions to minimise the related risks, these activities are conducted at your own risk.
